This role is within the Global Strategic Finance team of a leading premium drinks company. You will be a key player in shaping the company's financial future and working alongside a highly collaborative and supportive team.
Group Cash&Reward Senior Manager
Tasks
- Conduct external cash benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities and engage with stakeholders to set improvement goals.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop a 3-year Free Cash Flow strategic plan.
- Provide insightful analysis on cash performance drivers to Executives and Board members, offering recommendations for action.
- Establish and manage an efficient annual cash planning and target-setting process.
- Deliver cash forecasting training to enhance market/supply forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with the Reward team to design incentive plans, set targets, and secure alignment from relevant committees.
- Update committees on progress against incentive targets, proposing vesting and evaluation recommendations.
- Manage a small team and provide guidance to junior members.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if you have the followings:
- A professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) with 7-10 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Proven experience in communicating and influencing at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience within the FMCG sector, particularly in a commercial finance role, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent business English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
- Understanding of financial/management reporting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Group Reporting/consolidation tools (e.g., BFC).
- Experience with cash forecasting/management is desirable.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
