Head of Environmental Simulations
Tasks
Management of the Environmental Simulation Department
Professional support and development of test lab engineers and technicians
Design and coordination of test procedures in the field of environmental simulation (temperature test, degree of protection, mechanical vibration, electrical and functional tests)
Coordination, planning and development of test facilities and departments
Technical support for testing procedures in the field of environmental simulation
Coordination, scheduling and resource planning of internal and external orders
Close cooperation with partner areas
Requirements
Bsc degree (electronics, mechatronics or other engineering)
Experience as a test engineer or several years of test labor management
Knowledge of environmental simulation and measurement tools and processes
Fluency in English
Confident knowledge of MS-Office + SAP
Experience in project management
Assertive communication skills
