We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of GBS to build and lead a new finance focused GBS operation for a global professional services firm.

Lead the end-to-end launch of the GBS Centre, managing the design, staffing, and scale-up activities to achieve operational go-live.
Provide local operational oversight across key functions, including Finance, People Services, Technology, and Business Support.
Serve as the senior local finance services leader, ensuring seamless delivery and coordination within the global finance structure.
Establish governance (SLAs/KPIs), and drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation.
Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team while acting as the primary interface with global GBS executive leadership.
Követelmények
10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience (e.g., Financial Controller, Finance Operations Director), including deep expertise in the BSC sector.
Proven success in the mobilization, launch, or major transformation of multi-functional shared services operations.
Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C), compliance, and internal controls.
Demonstrated strong leadership, influencing, and change management skills within complex, matrixed, and international organizations.
Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required. French is a plus
