Alignment of the human resources goals with corporate objectives
Planning, managing and reviewing structural changes for the organization

Monitoring and managing HR processes
Previous experience in all employee-related processes preferably in an HR Manager role
People management experience
Fluent English knowledge
University degree (preferably in the field of Economics / HR)
