Feladatok

Alignment of the human resources goals with corporate objectives
Planning, managing and reviewing structural changes for the organization
Stakeholder management - keeping in touch with business leads
Leading and motivating HR team
Monitoring and managing operational HR processes

Követelmények

Previous experience in all employee-related processes
People management experience
Fluent English knowledge
University degree (preferably in the field of Economics / HR)
Strong communication skills
