- coordinating the recruitment processes in cooperation with agencies
- responsible for HR administration, preparation of employment contracts, work with databases and systems
- riporting to the HQ
- supervision of the HR Generalist and the HR trainee colleagues
OFFICE MANAGEMENT & OTHER
- supporting the General Manager in any kind of ad hoc tasks
- ordering office equipment
- facility management
- visa administration
- phone and car fleet management
Követelmények
- 3-5 years of HR experience - in a generalist role
- experience on office management
- willingness to take part in operative tasks
- fluency in English - Chinese language knowledge is a plus
- people management experience is an advantage
- willingness to work from the office!
