Feladatok
Supporting the International Assignments Department Augsburg concerning administrative activities related to the assignments abroad,
Setting up miscellaneous letters on request such as invitation letters, support letters, employment confirmation letters,
Preparation of certificates such as confirmations with regard to the international health insurance,
setting up letters on request for the tax authorities,
Preparations of letters for the payment of the reference salary for Switzerland based on the posted worker notifications
Követelmények
Education in the field of business administration or similar
Min. 2 years of experience in international assignments or global mobility
Confident English and German skills both written and spoken
