Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines by researching target markets and generating candidate leads
Participate in talent sourcing projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
Help gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support BlackRock’s hiring strategies
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent sourcing tools
Be part of the Talent Sourcing team, working closely with recruiters to identify specific skill sets and target profiles, and headhunting candidates for Analyst, Associate, and VP-level roles

Final-year or penultimate-year student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
