• Provide administrative support for the employee life cycle, including the onboarding (hiring) and offboarding (termination) of employees
• Maintain employee related files, documents, contracts
• Register employee data and sick leaves, holidays in the HR systems
• Handle the administration of the Flexible benefits (cafeteria system)
• Oversee the documentation of the student workers, manage their time sheets
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
• Create Purchase Orders (PO's) for HR related costs and invoices
• Support the internal communication and help build the online HR SharePoint with local news & updated, information and training materials, etc.
• Support the HR team in any other HR related tasks

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Ongoing studies related to Human Resources
• Previous experience in the field of HR
• Strong English and Hungarian knowledge both verbal & written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Working hours

• Flexible schedule on weekdays
• Minimum 30 hours weekly
