• Create documents and upload them to the company’s archive system
• Perform data entry and data processing tasks in the Workday system
• Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), employees, Line Managers, and other First Point teams globally
• Operate in alignment with internal control procedures and standards
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, with particular focus on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge both verbal & written
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)
• Great attention to detail, gets it right first time  

• Experience working on cross functional and multi-cultural teams
• Good facilitation and communication skills

• Gross salary: 2300 Ft/hour
