In this pivotal role, you will be the central coordinator for all HSE matters, with strong interaction with our global corporate team.

Tasks
in this key role, you will:
- provide technical leadership and mentorship to on-site HSE teams within our manufacturing facilities
- advise top management and plant leadership on HSE compliance and optimal organizational structure
- coordinate and execute internal and external HSE audits
- drive continuous improvement by developing new measures and aligning our HSE strategy with company-wide processes, particularly sustainability
- monitor HSE performance and develop and lead necessary trainings
Requirements
what you'll bring to the table:
- a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific field
- at least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- fluency in English is a must, and German language is a nice to have
- one or more valid certificates in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Fire Protection, or Occupational Health
