IAM Architect and Process Manager (Identity Access Management) (REF4997Q)
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as IAM Architect and Process Manager for our Identity Access Management (IAM) squad. This role will be split 50% as IAM Architect and 50% as Process Manager, requiring strong IAM technical expertise and IAM process know how. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our IAM squad to deliver high-quality solutions in a collaborative and efficient manner. Identity Access Management (IAM) refers to the policies, processes, and technologies used to manage user identities and regulate access to systems and data. IAM ensures that the right individuals have the appropriate access to resources, enhancing security and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
IAM Architect Responsibilities:
- The role holder must provide architectural advice and operational support (2nd/3rd level support) to clients operating in a sensitive and highly regulated environment (e.g., finance and insurance, health insurance, defense, public sector).
- The focus of this role is on coordinating the architecture of individual IAM solutions (USP, CyberArk, directories, authentication and authorization, third-party access, etc.), integrating them into a higher-level IT architecture, and linking the architecture to the processes.
- Enabling CyberArk multi-tenant capability. Onboarding new customers to CyberArk.
Process Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and document effective processes that align with organizational goals
- Analyze and optimize existing IAM processes to improve efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure that IAM processes are documented, communicated, and maintained effectively.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the process efficiency
- Conduct regular review sessions to assess process performance and drive improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration
- Proven IAM experience (both technical and process know-how)
- Extensive experience in IAM process management and improvement.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English and basic German (it is necessary to be able to read at least German-language documents)
