Feladatok
Purpose:
Develop and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to support Trading & Shipping operations, ensuring compliance with financial, risk, and regulatory controls.
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead engineer managing IAM capabilities, including access governance, user management, and compliance processes.
Efficiently lead team members and promote a security-first culture,
Collaborate with vendors to implement secure, market-standard IAM solutions,
Work closely with business stakeholders and architects to align IAM systems with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements,
Develop documentation (run books, system diagrams) and ensure system integrity and compliance with security policies,
Integrate IAM systems into strategic technology platforms using Agile and DevOps practices.
Elvárások
2+ years of experience in configuring enterprise IAM systems,
Familiarity with cloud hosting environments,
Java programming experience,
Strong understanding of IAM principles and security,
Leadership and mentoring experience.
