Investment Operations Specialist
Tasks
Coordinate the onboarding process for newly insourced funds, including their configuration in internal systems
Assist with contract discussions and due diligence processes for third-party partners
Establish and maintain secure, compliant, and reliable operational workflows (e.g., SWIFT and BVI reporting)
Monitor and report transactions, prepare SWIFT messages and BVI files, and address any technical or functional discrepancies
Manage broker alignment to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades
Facilitate broker onboarding for EAM and external asset managers, including the provision of necessary KYC documentation
Perform daily reconciliation of asset positions between internal systems and external custodians or asset managers
Process fund share transactions within internal platforms to ensure accurate transaction generation
Ensure all operational timelines and cutoffs are strictly adhered to
Requirements
Background in the financial industry is considered beneficial
Strong client service mindset and solution-oriented approach
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
