About the job
In your position you will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding service management and IT service desk services to accommodate the evolving business. The role will require managing various Business and IT stakeholders, defining central processes, continuous process improvement and standardisation where required. While ensuring the best possible employee experience from IT. The role will also include to some extent the management of major incident escalations. Furthermore, it will require the person to manage a virtual team in a matrix organisation.
