• Operate and maintain a primarily Microsoft-based system environment
• Ensure infrastructure availability for business and IT projects
• Identify and leverage consolidation opportunities within the IT landscape
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly while optimizing system performance
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date IT documentation
• Monitor IT system security and handle incident resolution

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Higher-level IT qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate level of English (at minimum)
• Supportive and collaborative attitude

Preferred Technologies

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments
• Experience in virtualized environments (mainly VMware)
• Microsoft SCCM/MCM administration and support
• Understanding of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and cloud solutions’ daily operations
• Veeam, WSUS
• Physical server and storage infrastructure
• Microsoft cloud services (Entra, Intune, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Security tools (EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, etc.)
• Linux knowledge (basic or advanced)
• Containerization technologies
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)
