Partslink (Windchill) Implementation Support: Actively contribute to the deployment and enhancement of Partslink (Windchill) for efficient parts management. Ensure seamless integration and deliver training sessions to teams for its effective utilization.
Product Master Data Cleansing: Execute cleansing procedures to refine and unify product master data, thereby augmenting data quality for streamlined management.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Cultivate strong collaboration with various departments such as design, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain to ensure part designations are in alignment with the requirements of all pertinent areas.
Documentation: Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for part designations to facilitate smooth information flow within the organization. This includes updating existing documents to reflect changes or enhancements.
Training and Support: Deliver training to team members and other relevant personnel on the accurate application of part designations. Provide support for inquiries and issues related to part designations.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, or a related field.
Proficiency in written and spoken German is preferred.
Experience in defining part designations and managing product lifecycles.
Familiarity with industry standards for part designations.
Experience with Product Data Management Systems (PDM), particularly Partslink (Windchill), is a plus.
Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL are beneficial.
Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to clearly structure complex information.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competencies.
