Ensuring the legal compliance with local laws of the company’s activity, as well as monitoring and ensuring compliance with the company’s internal policy related to legal issues.
Dealing with corporate issues and preparing corporate governance tasks, including board and shareholders resolutions and other regular corporate documents and handling Trade Registry formalities.
Providing legal support and consultancy to different departments of the company.
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including services contracts, partner and vendor agreements, and tender documentation, in an IT&C environment.
Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contractual documents
Advising on employment law matters.
Research/analyze industry-specific regulations to assess the impact on business and assist in preparation and implementation of measures to comply with all legal practice telecom law, IPR law, contract law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, and EU law.
Working as part of the team, liaising with different stakeholders, providing cross-functional advice to different departments and teams, and reporting to principal legal counsel.
Requirements:
1-3 years legal work experience
Experience in commercial law and general civil law is an advantage
Excellent English knowledge both written and oral – you will use this for creating and reviewing commercial contracts and documents
Bar exam is not required
Ability to work across different sectors and departments and report to management.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills together with a strong business sense required.
Ability to handle both routine and general legal matters.
Ability to effectively deliver sound and clear legal advice in a business setting.
Computer skills required: proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
