Your new role
 

  • Manage the product portfolio in selected Key accounts.
  • Grow existing or develop new business to meet or exceed sales targets in key accounts.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key customers / accounts through commercial knowledge, relationships and selling skills.
  • Work to create Innovative commercial value propositions to drive desired availability.
  • Work to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Spot emerging trends (customer, competitor information, and value proposition insights) and communicate to the management of sales and marketing

What you'll need to succeed
  • Relevant university/college degree (preferably veterinarian or agricultural engineer)
  • Min. 5 years sales experience 
  • Knowledge of the Hungarian agriculture sector or food processing sector
  • Relevant experience and business relationship in the agriculture /food production field
  • Ability to build/manage/maintain business a and professional relationship with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and customer centric attitude
  • Growth mindset attitude
  • Languages: Hungarian and English (both written and verbal communication).
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Driving licence
