Learning Coordinator Intern - Your future position?

As a GBS Learning trainee you will work together with GBS HR Learning team in order to support the administrative activities related to 360 Feedback process and course administration.

You will be based in Budapest, Hungary (hybrid role, #LI-Hybrid) and will report directly to the Learning Services Manager.

You will:

• Schedule and administer Learning & Development onsite courses based on Givaudan global learning calendar
• Follow relevant SOPs during the lifecycle of the courses (e.g. administering participants, recording history, sending reminders, etc.)
• Launch, track and close 360 Feedback forms, monitor rating completions , send reminders and follow up on pending activities
• Use the internal case management system

Your profile includes:

• Active Hungarian college/university studies
• Fluency in English
• At least 25 working hours/week availability
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), job boards and application tracking systems
• Empathy and customer focused attitude
• Ambitious, interested, positive can do attitude
