We're on the lookout for a dynamic L&D | QA Specialist to join our partner's Global Operations team. This role combines training design with quality assurance, giving you the chance to shape employee development while ensuring top-tier service delivery. 

• 2–4 years’ experience in L&D or QA, ideally within Customer Due Diligence, Fraud Risk, or AML operations.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
