Logistics Admin

Responsibilities:

Administrational tasks

• Creating KPI reports based on system data monthly and quarterly
• Monitoring daily reports and reviewing data, alerting responsible people about results
• POD calculation review based on system data
• Self-checking reports between Huawei and external partners
• Document management
• Supporting logistics specialists’ administrational works ( e.g. creating other types of reports from raw data)

Other tasks

• Internal Huawei system usage support
• External Huawei system usage support
• Data input

Requirements:

• Studies (can be ongoing) in Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Logistics or Supply Chain
• 0-1 year work experience in logistics field (fresh graduates can be considered as well)
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent verbal/written in English
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation and international trade processes is an advantage
• Can focus on details, good organization skills, multicultural working skills and team-work spirit
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel
