Job profile:

  • controlling the inventory of components, work in progress and finished goods
  • ordering materials and components for the production of finished goods (including service parts)
  • master data maintainance and update in system SAP
  • cooperation with transport companies
  • supervising timely supply of indirect materials and services
  • control the delivery process of finished goods to the customer
  • participation in meetings with customer and suppliers
  • solving logistic problems and undertaking corrective actions according to customer requirements
  • preparation of the claims to suppliers for incorrect deliveries
  • superior execution of commands
  • operational costs optimization
  • preparing reports and summaries
  • control and optimization of material resources
  • realization of company goals
  • managing timely delivery of components in order to ensure continuity of the production process
  • managing Just In Time deliveries of finished goods to the customer
  • compliance with applicable law, labor standards and established Tenneco Automotive policies


  • Higher education
  • Very good communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience at the same position in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Ability to analytical thinking
  • Ability to work under time pressur
  • Ability to organize own work
