• Strong z/OS system and subsystem knowledge TSO, ISPF, JCL knowledge, Batch/Scheduling knowledge
• Strong Database knowledge (DB2)
• Strong Middleware knowledge (CICS, MQS, WAS)
• Strong Programming knowledge in REXX or CLIST
• Strong Product knowledge scheduling (AJM, IWS, Control/M)
• Strong Product knowledge mainframe security (RACF)
• Experienced in mainframe modernization
• Project management
• Team-minded/collaborative
• Business language skills in English and German (level C1)
