Our partner company dealing with organization, implementation and development of trainings is looking for a

Management Support Assistant

Facilitate handling of requests for information from EU Member States and other authorities
Keep diaries and address lists up to date
Handle telephone enquiries
Organise meetings and other activities
Take notes and minutes
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Process letters, notes and minutes and replying to correspondence
Establish and maintain filing systems
Act as a point of contact for external bodies i.e. EU Council, EU Commission, EU Parliament and UN Agencies
Participate in ad hoc projects as part of a team or individual
Deputise for other administrative assistants during absences

Secondary, post-secondary education
Minimum 5 years of similar work experience
Very good command of written and oral English, corresponding to level C1 or higher, as most of the communication is in English
Ability to work under time pressure
High degree of discretion
Very good knowledge of the main office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other communication tools (MS Teams, Skype for Business)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
