Mechanical Site Engineer / Construction Supervisor

Tasks

  • Supervise mechanical installation works (piping, welding, fitting, post-weld
    treatment).
  • Read and interpret piping diagrams, isometrics, and fabrication drawings.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks in cooperation with the project manager.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, especially in welding and hot works.
  • Provide technical guidance in pipe assembly, welding procedures, and finishing
    processes.
  • Liaise between Concretum Group management, workforce, and client’s site
    supervision.
  • Check quality of work, inspect welds, and ensure proper post-weld treatment and
    pipe system flushing.
  • Report on progress, risks, and material needs.

Requirements

  • Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in piping and welding projects.
  • Knowledge of welding standards, pipe materials, and installation procedures.
  • Site supervision experience in industrial or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Basic communication skills in English or German.
