Medior IT Business Operation Expert

Purpose of the Position:
Join MOL Group’s Digital Factory, a key player in transforming our Consumer Services business from traditional fuel retail to a digitally-driven consumer goods and integrated mobility services provider. We're focused on building a data-driven business through a Data Lake platform, enabling advanced analytics, and operating MOL MOVE, our app-first loyalty program. We're looking for a Medior IT Operations Expert to ensure the seamless operation and support of our IT services, including Loyalty and Datalake, working within an agile DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support junior and senior IT Operations Experts, focusing on 2-3 country domains.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage incident tickets, and ensure timely resolution according to ITSM standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide real-time updates on service issues and resolutions.
- Monitor and maintain SLAs, escalating issues to senior experts and product owners when necessary.
- Document IT operations processes and update knowledge base practices.
- Participate in IT service design, continuous improvement initiatives, and vendor/license management.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT service management or IT operations.
- ITIL Foundation certificate required; TOGAF or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile DevOps, modern ITSM strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and team management.
- Fluent in English and at least one Central Eastern European language.
