As a key member of their dynamic team, you'll be responsible for guiding subject matter experts and ensuring a consistent service management ethos across all work streams.

• Lead service architecture, design, and transition for new product launches and complex customer business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, solution architects, and sales to capture and translate customer service requirements into end-to-end service solutions.
• Align with the company's Meetings & Calling Service Architecture and Winning New Business processes.
• Provide virtual line management for SMEs in workstream designs and transitions.
• Liaise with Technical Solutions Architect to address service performance and level management within work stream solutions.
• Develop reusable collateral for service management across product launches and customer bid opportunities.
• Engage and negotiate with internal and external partners to define and deliver service architectures.
• Represent the company in customer sessions, undertaking negotiation activities if necessary.
• Produce complex service architectures and related artefacts, delivering them in line with specifications.

• Excellent understanding of Service Architectures.
• Detailed knowledge of Service Management, ITIL, and ISO20,000 (minimum ITIL Service Management V3 accreditation).
• Proven experience in service architecture/design for products and non-standard/complex business opportunities.
• Capability to lead and deliver successful service architecture and design solutions.
• Commercial/contractual development, negotiation, and management of service contracts.
• Intermediate level understanding of Project Management Life cycle.
• Budgetary management experience for costing solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven supplier/service partner and risk management experience.
