We are looking for a practical and experienced MES Engineer to join our manufacturing Partner’s internal software team. The Manufacturing Execution System Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the MES applications supporting the tyre plant's end-to-end production process. This role ensures that the MES infrastructure operates efficiently to achieve optimal production performance, traceability, and data accuracy. The candidate should have a 8 to  10 years of relevant experience in MES systems and manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience with MES systems in a manufacturing environment (tyre/automotive industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware, or similar) plus hands on with SQL Data base .
• Experience in system integration with PLCs, SCADA, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex production data flows.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality management, and manufacturing best practices.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
