On behalf of our Partner we are looking for an experienced National Account Manager from the FMCG-Food sector to lead a small sales team, as well to maintain custumer relations with top clients.
National Account Manager (FMCG- Food)
Tasks
Lead, develop, manage, coach the Key Account Managers
Develop, formulate and implement a business development plan for the key national accounts
Work with cross functional teams to defend core existing business, increase account penetration and win new, profitable business in prospect and existing accounts with strong project management approach
Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Define and implement a sales strategy for each customer in line with the business strategy
Organizing customer events and meetings to develop the business
Coordinate and/or negotiate the sales deals with the customer (pricing, delivery conditions...)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Watching the trends and the competition
Requirements
University level degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Food
Technology or other relevant area of studies
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position in a related field – strong focus on business development and key account management
People Management experience
Proven record of accomplishment in building and managing national key accounts and in presenting the benefits of products and services to the customers
Solid project management, negotiation, new business development and selling skills
Fluent Hungarian and English is required for this role
Strong influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
Understand your market and manage customer strategy and positioning
