Job description

As Operation Module Head you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, planned and continuous operation of the manufacturing processes and activities. You will be a strategic partner in the industry 4.0 roadmap and act as a role model contributing to making our Cegléd site into a state-of-the-art firm in the upcoming years.

Operation Module Head

In your new role you will:

  • Ensure the production of high-quality power semiconductors;
  • Participate in the transfer of production equipment and processes introducing improvements that assure a suitable organizational structure;
  • Set the goals for the organizational units in your scope of responsibility by planning, coordinating and optimizing the necessary resources (human, financial and technical), setting priorities and ensuring flexibility among the production lines;
  • Closely monitor and develop the production plan and budget based on the respective marketing forecast;
  • Create reports and data provision in order to ensure all production-related processes are in compliance with the company regulations;
  • Motivate, foster and guide your team to reach high-performance levels;
  • Prioritize activities and make effective decisions by initiating problem-solving and corrective measures in case of deviations;
  • Ensure that all production areas and equipment comply with Health and Security regulations.

Your Profile

You like to handle several topics in parallel in a fast-changing environment and you have the passion and the courage to develop and implement new ideas within your team while promoting awareness for quality. Additionally, you make use of your proactive mentality, strategic mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to a great atmosphere by keeping an open and constructive communication. You stand by your statements and walk the talk while acting as a role model for the people working alongside you.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • University or college degree in a technical field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be a plus);
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (preferably auto-electronic);
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management;
  • Strong and broad technical knowledge in fields such as management, production planning, quality requirements and procedures;
  • Project management experience would be an advantage;
  • Zero defect mindset;
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English. German knowledge would be a plus.
