- You will work directly with the European P2P Process Owner on Purchase-to-Pay projects within the BU EA domain, analyzing requirements and deploying technical solutions based on new process standards.
- You will lead or participate in meetings with business and technical teams to gather requirements using a structured approach. Active communication with business users and stakeholders will be key to managing system changes and the introduction of new functionalities.
- You will support IT design, configuration, prototyping, and testing documentation or help define change management requirements. Creating functional specifications and collaborating with IT colleagues to ensure technical solutions meet business needs will be a crucial part of your role.
- Using your in-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP ecosystem (fields, tables, and transaction types), you will troubleshoot and provide technical resolutions within the Procure-to-Pay process. You'll also develop scalable, process-oriented solutions that align with industry best practices on both a regional and global level.

- College/University degree in Economics or Finance with a
major in accounting or equivalent qualification is
preferable.
- +5 years as an expert in at least one or two end-to-end
processes for Financial Shared Services is preferable
- Function as a critical member of project teams and a
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the P2P value streams
throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial
concepts (accounting, finance, and economics) and the
ability to apply them to practical situations
- Basic project management skills, ability to meet
deadlines, and exhibit effective time management with
minimal supervision
- Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of
PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge and experience using ERP systems
- Strong communication skills in English & German
