Feladatok / Job description
- Support one of our client’s major partners by providing 1st and/or 2nd level trouble-shooting via telephone or email communication until solution.
- Upload data into CRM system when required
- Perform account administration activities
- Escalate appropriately to second line engineers and request updates until resolution is provided
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, both written and verbal.
- Competent user of Microsoft office applications
- Previous experience in a multinational company
- Highly customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to work afternoon shift
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Excellent problem solving skills
