Provide safe and punctual pick-up and drop-off services for company leaders.
Offer professional driving and reception services when clients visit.
Perform travel-related duties as required by the company, ensuring vehicle safety and management during business trips.
Vehicle Management - Responsible for the daily management of company vehicles, including regular checks, maintenance, and cleaning, ensuring vehicles are in good condition.
Handle tasks such as winter tire replacement, maintenance, and other necessary repairs.
Coordinate with suppliers for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and rental, ensuring vehicles are available and well-maintained.
Administrative Coordination - document delivery, material allocation, and event support.
Support the administrative team with ad hoc tasks when driving duties are not in conflict.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of driving experience with excellent driving skills and road safety awareness.
Hold a valid driver's license and be proficient in driving various types of vehicles, including company-specific and business vehicles.
Familiar with city routes and traffic conditions, capable of adapting to different road conditions and unexpected situations.
Excellent communication skills (Hungarian and English required) to maintain effective interaction with internal and external personnel, providing timely feedback on issues.
Ability to coordinate with suppliers, repair companies, rental agencies, and other external resources to ensure smooth vehicle management operations.
Some administrative coordination skills, enabling efficient collaboration with the administrative department on relevant tasks.
High level of professional ethics and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in work-related matters.
Strong service awareness, polite and courteous demeanor, and the ability to adapt to business environments.
Willingness to accept irregular business trips with flexibility to adapt to tasks.
Good time management skills to handle unexpected situations and urgent tasks.
Previous experience working with senior leadership or at a company representative office is a plus.
Experience with administrative platforms or corporate vehicle management is preferred.
Background in security, bodyguard services, or high-end hotel reception experience is an advantage
