Feladatok
Deliver outstanding performance in both Process Safety and Environmental Health
Safety by driving excellence and continuous improvements initiatives.
Build a robust site safety culture and mind set at all levels of the site organization.
Ensure compliance to all relevant standards, both regulatory and industry related.
Drive the implementation of the site manufacturing strategy, in line with the divisional strategy.
Maximise operational efficiency whilst delivering site production to plan.
Establish a culture that promotes operational discipline, utilizes operational excellence and embraces the methodologies of continuous improvement.
Control site fixed costs within budget
Manage the site capital projects, executing in line with approved schedule and budget.
Ensure the assets are well maintained and capacity is available.
Develop and manage a high-performance organisation.
Constantly review the staffing levels and the skill sets.
Select, review, assess, train and coach the direct reports and other relevant associates to build/maintain a result-oriented team.
Supervise the talent bank process and the succession planning for the site.
Ensure appropriate communication flows on site and in conjunction with the local HR
Build relationships with the community and the local authorities in a spirit of good citizenship.
Manager apply appropriate HR polices to ensure equitable treatment for all HUN associates on site, lead negotiations of working conditions with trade unions.
Követelmények
University Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in the chemical or a related industry.
At least 3 years of site management experience.
Proven ability to effect cultural change and drive performance and
EHS improvements.
Excellent situational influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in Hungarian and English are required.
