Our partner, who has one of the biggest support centers in Hungary is looking for Polish speaking IT Service Desk Agents.
Your new role
- Act as a first point of contact, provide technical guidance to the supported client
- Provide remote support through different channels (phone, email, chat)
- Handle administrative duties on a daily basis and register, follow up on reported cases
- Regularly cooperate with L2 Teams on complex issues
- Take part in customer experience’s improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent Polish and at least intermediate English knowledge
- High school diploma
- Relevant knowledge from IT support or customer service environment is an advantage
- Willingness to broaden your knowledge in the field of IT
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
