• Investment guideline coding of new accounts and guideline changes of both BlackRock investment funds and client mandates
• Preparing filings for disclosure purposes
• Working closely with portfolio management and other partners to ensure portfolio compliance
• Pre-trade and Post-trade investment guideline exception investigation & resolution
• Becoming acquainted with BlackRock's various Aladdin applications, trade flow process, and data environment
• Identification of investment guideline coding issues
• Investigating or troubleshooting potential errors when needed
• Participating in efficiency and improvement initiatives by providing ideas and suggestions on possible improvements to systems or processes

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of financial instruments and market
• Openness to technologies and motivation to learn about financial markets

Working time

• Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
