We are seeking a skilled Power BI Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of their organization, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data and digital solutions to support their humanitarian efforts worldwide. Working closely with the IT department, you will ensure the smooth operation and optimization of their Power BI reporting solutions, empowering the teams to make informed decisions and enhance their impact on communities in need.

• Create advanced visualization applications and automated dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable information for our business users.
• Design and implement Data Warehouse / Data Lake / Synapse based reports for projects and business users.
• Define and enforce the latest visualization best practices regarding report development.
• Support the smooth operations and administration of the ITD Power BI reporting solution, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and enhancing data management capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise and support across reporting, data management, and ERP-related functions.
• Maintain documentation and provide technical knowledge sharing to business users regarding new solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Economic Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent proven experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analyst/Reporting/Visualization/BI area.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (advanced level preferred) and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Azure technologies (Data Lake, Synapse) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
