Assess existing IT systems and business processes to determine if a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is required
Perform PIAs using Vantage Tower's privacy tool and identify potential privacy risks
Follow up on the implementation of risk mitigation actions with risk owners
Support with updates and improvements to PIA templates/ process
Look at IT system integration/ interfaces and data flows to spot privacy implications and ‘translate’ general GDPR requirements into actionable technical requirements for IT teams
Support IT projects in embedding privacy requirements during project lifecycles
Create reports summarizing privacy risks and mitigation status for businesses and IT teams

Ongoing full-time active or passive university studies with a focus on Law or Business Administration/ Management
C1 language knowledge in English
Confident knowledge of MS Office tools
Understanding of privacy principles (GDPR)
Ability to understand IT system architecture and data flows
Ability to learn the Vantage Tower's privacy tool quickly
Good organizational skills/ ability to work in a structured way
Familiarity with risk assessment methodology
Creating structured reports
