Lead process site problem solving and provide production efficiency improvements.
Responsible for the FTY&YU (First Time Yield & Yield Utility).
Support and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve team tasks and goals
Responsible for new line/project switching and new equipment qualification
Distribute and maintain standard documents such as Control Plan, SOP, Engineering Notice Waiver, Work Instruction, and Process Flow Chart.
Maintain Process Lifecycle Management System, MES and SAP systems related to PE in production line.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
At least a year of experience in process engineering or a related field;
Fluency in English
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with various departments;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Familiarity with PLM, MES, SAP systems is an advantage.
