As a Process Engineer for Image Technology, you will provide high-level technical support to production processes of high power semiconductors. You are expected to come up with methods to reliably manufacture our products, handing over qualified processes and control concepts to the production team. You will be part of a highly-skilled unit, working in close contact with the engineering and production departments.
You have a great set of analytical skills and a hands-on approach that allow you to solve problems in an efficient way. Even when under pressure and facing complex situations, you remain focused on solutions, and as a team-player, your very collaborative working style and mutual respect drive you to share all the relevant information.

Backend
The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials. The backend cluster combines the competencies for planning, productivity, innovation and quality, assembly and testing.
