Process manager



  • Support for business processes
  • Ensuring transparency of delivery items, appointments,  requirements and resources
  • Communication with the various stakeholders on professional level (firm but very diplomatic approach)
  • Organization and preparation of meetings – participating in daily telcos
  • Documentation of meetings / project results and next steps
  • Tracing of open action items
  • Advising high level management about the performance / project status
  • Ready to substitute the direct manager on demand basis
  • Building up project/process knowledge base
  • Clearly seeing the “Big Picture”, dividing complex tasks to smaller pieces and assigning to appropriate team members, not get lost in small details
  • Quality control – execution quality control actions based on customer feedbacks to keep quality assurance on a high level
  • Keeping deadlines and milestones (able to stay on critical path thus prioritizing tasks and deprioritizing others on own decision and taking responsibility)

If you have…

  • Fluent german & english language knowledge
  • Ability to work on a new, undefined area, where standards are not formed yet and pressure is often high
  • Assertive communication towards customer and team members is a must
  • ITIL knowledge (and use of),
  • General knowledge of SLA/s OLAs, ticket management systems.
  • Prepare to meet the management abroad – willingness to travel to Germany if required
  • High level IT knowledge


  • ITIL, PMP, SCRUM or SAFe certification (and use of knowledge) is an advantage


  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Good task management/control
  • Good decision maker
  • Cool under pressure
