Aegon Global Technology Services (GTS) provides IT infrastructure and application support services to the Aegon businesses. GTS is responsible for the provision, support and ongoing maintenance of IT operating platforms, applications and services. There is also a strong connection with external providers necessitating vendor and service provider management. GTS is responsible for driving the technology strategy and providing IT infrastructure solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and the GTS technology strategy.

Tasks

 

Aegon Global Technology Services (GTS) provides IT infrastructure and application support services to the Aegon businesses. GTS is responsible for the provision, support and ongoing maintenance of IT operating platforms, applications and services. There is also a strong connection with external providers necessitating vendor and service provider management. GTS is responsible for driving the technology strategy and providing IT infrastructure solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and the GTS technology strategy.
The position will act as a generic administration support regarding the usage and utilization of the Supplier Risk Management platform to support Third Party Risk Management processes. The position assists with developing, supporting and optimizing third party risk management activities (process flow, questionnaires, triggers, etc.) performed by the Procurement and/or Vendor Management departments. Operates independently while ensuring Procurement and/or Vendor Management process are executed in accordance with the established governance framework and divisional objectives. Partners and collaborates globally to provide end to end  support.

Moreover the duties include:

  • Assisting and supporting vendor management process
  • Create and maintain vendor registrations
  • Various document management and administration processes
  • External data streams to connect to tooling
  • Support health-check process
  • Assisting and supporting contract registration process such as
  • Create and maintain Contract Workspaces
  • Create and send out Non-Disclosure Agreement to suppliers, and manage signature
  • Assisting and supporting Purchase to Pay processes
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or other directly applicable field or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in (Category) Procurement Vendor Management or Third Party Risk Management
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • The ability to communicate assertively and proactively
  • Precise work including the ability to write down in manuals, processes, workflows
  • Ability to succeed under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with teams across geographically dispersed locations
