Procurement manager
Feladatok
Objective: Spearhead the procurement function, ensuring a reliable and cost-efficient supply of raw materials and components for production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of procurement specialists, providing guidance and support in sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance management.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, aligning with the company's strategic goals and ensuring supply chain resilience.
Oversee the management of supplier relationships, negotiating favorable pricing agreements and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of robust inventory control measures, minimizing costs and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and order management teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
Represent the procurement team at internal and external meetings, effectively communicating strategies, progress, and challenges.
Leadership:
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of procurement professionals.
- Create a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Követelmények
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
- Experience in international procurement and supply chain operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
