As Product Manager MCCB, you are responsible for managing relevant products throughout the entire product life cycle and for all product relevant issues (costs, footprint, price positioning) throughout EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region. You will define and execute profit plan targets. Furthermore, you are responsible for end-to-end profitability and for acting as the technical expert for the complete product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and development for MCCBs and related accessories
  • Understand and identify customer needs and competitive environment as well as market trends of products and applications
  • Define competitive product costs and price positioning
  • Define the product roadmap and drive product development for new digitally enabled products, future upgrades and transitions
  • Manage communication about commercial, product, application and market aspects to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Define product commercialization strategy in alignment with segment marketing and business development teams
  • Assure compliance of relevant products with standards, norms and Intellectual Property policies and approve final documentation

Qualifications

  • University / University of applied sciences (FH) degree in electrical engineering or similar technical education
  • 5 years’ experience as Product Manager in a technical field
  • Power distribution and/or digital products and/or software solutions and/or IoT and/or agile product development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High customer orientation
