This position is filled in the IoT Digital team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals working on IoT, and data intelligence solution implementation projects.

Project

Your future project will be in the mobility industry. Together with our partners, we are developing intelligent electronic tolling solutions for our international customers. We use digital intelligence for a smart service that connects Europe. Using sophisticated technology and our toll box, we are creating a new age of seamless mobility. Our aims is to further develop the currently available services and extend it to further domains. Together with the T-Systems International team members, you will join an international team supporting our customers by providing tolling solutions.

Main tasks

As a product manager:

• You lead with a clear and commercially robust product vision that aligns with clients and stakeholders and with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring that your product strategy supports the broader agile initiatives and delivers value incrementally.
• You maintain a strong focus on customer and market needs, continuously refining the product through feedback loops and ensuring that it meets both current and future client expectations.
• You expertly manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and coordinating between agile teams as well as other Product Managers by understanding that accurate estimation and refinement are critical for effective PI (Planning Interval) planning and successful roadmap execution.
• You navigate client projects with a strong focus on achieving critical milestones, balancing agile practices with the structured demands of traditional project management approaches ensuring that all parties are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and project goals.
• You maintain a personal network in the industry and screen the market to identify emerging trends to define the future.
• You support sales and marketing in demonstrations as well as bids and offers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in several roles of product management.
• You are certified in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with hands-on experience in implementing product strategies that align with agile principles while delivering within a structured enterprise environment.
• You have a deep understanding of customer requirements and market trends, which you integrate into your product roadmap to ensure the product's relevance.
• You are skilled in managing a dynamic product backlog within an agile context, ensuring that it reflects both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals, while adapting to changes in project scope and customer feedback.
• You bring experience in working within milestone-driven projects, ensuring that agile product development aligns with traditional project management frameworks and meets key deadlines.
• Excellent communicator across different teams and management layers, bridging the gap between agile practices and classic project management, ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Very good English language skills, written and spoken.
