Our partner, specialised in online cloud storage services, is looking for a passionate and creative Content Strategy Manager to join their Customer Marketing team.
- Optimize and drive customer lifetime value across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Drive the customer engagement strategy (defining segmentation strategies, message matrices, welcome and onboarding strategies, customer retention and win-back plans, advocacy strategies) across multiple channels and geographies.
- Roll out highly personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns using A/B test designs.
- Facilitate the upselling and churn prevention process.
- Present the use cases and benefits of the services to the customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support teams, BI and marketing Analysts.
- Be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly-changing industry, tolerate ambiguity.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Customer Value/Lifecycle/Product marketing management.
- Being familiar with email best practices and other digital marketing strategies.
- Interest in IT technology, cybersecurity and software solutions.
- Content creation experience is a plus.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams successfully.
- Be fluent in English both in written and verbal communication.
