Product Owner


  • Managing and prioritising one team backlog
  • Customer/project owner with goal to have one PO responsible for one customer/project
  • Besides the project also responsible for Add-on sales (CR)/maintenance
  • Bundles requirements in backlog by creating/maintaining the epics/stories. If required, manage business analysts/spec writer to create epics/stories
  • Align user stories with customers to meet customer expectations fitting to the product
  • Manage user story dependencies with interfacing internal/external teams: CSW (AEGIS, Symphony), TMS,platform, other (ITO, etc.)
  • Reviewing/prioritising the PR backlog to ensure that end-to-end features are implemented “in time”
  • Refining the backlog with the goal that they meet the criteria of “Definition of ready”
  • Plan and manage deliveries (pre-TSW/demos) to the customer to collect early feedback and share with the team
  • Support presales/sales teams on identified gaps/CR estimates
  • Manage and conduct estimate reviews (new opportunities/new epics)


  • You have BSC degree preferable in technical area
  • You have min. 4-5 years of experience in software development including at least 2 years of experience as Team Lead
  • You have ability to understand business processes
  • You have the following strengths: excellent communication skills, personal initiative, high level of quality
    awareness, accuracy and team spirit
  • You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
