An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Production Manager to join a newly established, frozen food manufacturing site in Dunavarsány. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and leading the full-scale production operation in a greenfield project environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Food, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering)
• Min. 8 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS)
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (written & spoken)
• ERP and production software proficiency
• Experience in greenfield or plant ramp-up projects is highly advantageous
