Production Manager

Feladatok

• Manages the factory with regard to manpower, equipment and materials
• Oversees the Manufacturing process and constantly monitor the KPI
• Responsible for the management of a factory and for achieving the production targets
• Responsible for budgeting and reporting activities for manufacturing
• Ensures and supervises the correct and efficient utilization of the plant machinery, equipment and services of the factory
• Ensures the realization of planned production in terms of quality, time and costs
• Makes proposal for the quality and efficiency development of the production
• Ensures the implementation of Lean production
• Promotes continuous improvement
• Oversees and manages the maintenance processes and constantly checks its KPI
• Proposes optimization of power usage and programs to update to new technologies
• Responsible for compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations of the personnel employed in the factory

• Degree in engineering
• 10+ years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in automotive industry
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong understanding of production processes and Lean management principles
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in handling production metrics
• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities in a dynamic environment
