Collaborates with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
Creates, monitors and continuously updates Project Portfolios (top/small CAPEX, R&D, Global Industrial Development), ensures that project budgets, deadlines, prioritization, team assignments are captured in the portfolio registers and managed properly by following up with the responsible project leader
Creates, monitors and continuously updates Site Master Plan by following up with the responsible leader or project manager
Facilitates the proper development of the projects (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, Closing) by providing Project Directors and Project Managers with best practice and knowledge of general and company project management standards
Facilitates project leaders in the preparation of progress and financial reports to Executives
Drafts new and improvs existing project management policies, methodologies, procedures and templates according to Corporate requirements
Initiates, develops and establishes the improved way of project management, monitoring, controlling, reporting, documenting according to Corporate requirements
Analyzes project data, including budgets, and high-level resource allocation to ensure they meet company standards, give notice if budgets and progresses tend to get off track and are in risk not to meet approved KPIs
Creates project portfolio reports for executives and management stakeholders

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
PMP PMI certificate or similar is an advantage
A minimum of 5 years’ experience
A minimum of 1year's experience in a supervisory position is an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills (HU/EN)
